Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to delete your Ratey account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Ratey app on your mobile device
Go to Profile by tapping the profile icon in the bottom navigation
Scroll down and tap "Terms of Service"
Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page
Confirm deletion when prompted

What Data is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your personal profile (name, email, phone number)
Financial information (income, expenses, borrowing capacity)
Mortgage and liability details
Rate comparisons and savings calculations
Goals and preferences
Notifications and activity history
All login sessions and authentication data

What Data is Retained

For data integrity and market analysis purposes, the following is anonymised (not deleted):

Property valuation data (with no link to your account)

This anonymised data cannot be traced back to you and helps us improve property valuations for all users.

Timing

Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. You will be signed out and your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
